Mitch Cameron, General Manager

On the surface, I am an accomplished Plumber with over 20 years of experience within the plumbing industry. As the Plumbing Install Manager, I always ensure the viability and interests of Go Green Plumbing/Heating & Air and the plumbing industry as a whole. I actively continue to maintain my education and certifications in order to provide my team with the most relevant training possible, and my customers with the best all-around plumbing service.

With a genuine love of the plumbing industry and confidence in coaching, I believe I am an invaluable part of the leadership team. As a Greensboro native, I have long standing ties to the community and thoroughly enjoy providing the best possible customer service to Greensboro and the surrounding Triad. When I am not ensuring the viability of Go Green Plumbing/Heating & Air or the plumbing industry as a whole, I strive to be the best husband to my wife of 16 years, and the best father to my 13-year-old son and 5-year-old daughter. When there is a light at the end of the tunnel to relax, I enjoy family outings, family vacations, video games, DJing, and the most popular activity of just being a couch potato. So, if you see me out and about, don’t hesitate to say hey and have a conversation.

Josh Osborne, Plumbing Install Manager

I was borne and raised in Greensboro, NC and have been working in the plumbing service industry for over 9 years. I enjoy having a “hands on” profession that allows me to serve my community and build relationships with my customers. My favorite things to do are spending time with my wife, 3 beautiful daughters and my 2-year-old son. In my free time, I enjoy hunting, fishing, and riding horses.

Kristie Booth, Office Manager

Kristie’s first introduction into the trades industry was with Go Green in 2020 as our Inside Sales Representative and quickly grew into her Office Manager roll. With her background in Sales and Marketing, she is able to provide coaching to all of our staff about providing great customer service along with making sure that Go Green is putting our customers first.

Some of the other rolls she oversees is Marketing, memberships, customer accounts, recruiting and making time to keep all the other managers in check. During her downtime, you can find her enjoying the outdoors with her son, daughter and husband. Their most popular outdoor activities consist of farming, kayaking, sports, hiking, camping, and so much more.

Lauren Faulk, Installation Coordinator

Lauren has worked in the trades for over 5 years with dispatching and scheduling installations. The main things that she enjoys is building relationships with customers along with working directly with the installation crews to ensure customers are provided a 5-star professional service. When not working hard for her customers, she is spending time with her 3 beautiful children. Lauren’s hobbies are traveling, having fun with friends at a lake anywhere and relaxing on her couch watching tv shows.

Mitchelle Trent, HVAC Operational Manager

I have worked in the HVAC industry for 20 years, beginning with install and working my way up through service, sales and now management as the HVAC Operations Manager. I enjoy problem solving, collaborating with my fellow teammates, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
